Tacx Bottle Products
Tacx has been is the cycling business since 1957, designing and manufacturing almost all their products in-house, enabling Tacx to guarantee the highest quality of products. Tacx made the pivotal decision to venture into a more structured and professional approach to selling promotional bottles in 2004, and since then have become a well know name in the manufacture of cycling and sports drinkware. Tacx now run a Sedex-certified, state-of-the-art production facility at their base in the Netherlands. Through our links with Tacx, we are able to offer a bespoke designed bottle for our customers, and with low minimum order quantities.
Bottles
Shiva – 550ml and 750ml
The Shiva original, which is also available in biodegradable material and 100% biobased made of sugarcane. The Shiva bottle has a large area for full colour printing.
The Shiva bottle is available in a variety of colours and mix/match of caps and spout colours.
Daiya (coming soon) – 550ml
The Daiya comes with a diamond shaped cap for extra grip, which is leakproof and has a soft pull nozzle with a high flow water rate for instant hydration. The Daiya has an extra large fill opening for easy refilling and cleaning.
This bottle is dishwasher safe, BPA free, 100% recyclable and refillable. Eco options are available.
Daiya Tritan (coming soon) – 550ml
The Diaya Tritan is a the crystal-clear sports bottle with a low environmental impact, made from a durable and robust material, guaranteeing a long lifespan.
The bottle’s features include a large fill opening and a soft nozzle for fast and convenient hydration. The large print area can accommodates a full-color CYMK print, allowing for vibrant customization. The Daiya Tritan suitable for both hot and cold beverages, with odor and flavor neutrality, and manufactured from a stain-resistant material, ensuring a pristine appearance over time. The bottle can comes with clear, white, or black cap, and a variety of spout colours.
Eco Bottles
Tacx offer their Daiya & Shiva O2, Daiya, Shiva & Fuse Bio bottles in a biobased polyethylene made from sugarcane or our biodegradable polyethylene, making an important contribution to the environment.
Fuse Lifestyle Bottles – 450ml
The Fuse bottle allows you to infuse your water with delicious fruit flavors by inserting the optional fruit fusion stick (available at an extra cost) into the cap, and threading fruit onto the stick. This is an affordable fruit fusion bottle, and at 450ml is suitable for children’s hands.
The bottle is also available in 75% biodegradable material, and has a large area for full colour printing.

Print area
- 450ml: 195 x 140 mm
- 500ml: 235,5 x 100 mm
- 750ml: 235,5 x 100 mm & 235,5 x 29 mm (upper print area)
All-round printing
With an all-round print the beginning and end of the print area will come together at the back causing a blemish line. This must be accepted. As an alternative you can choose a 5mm opening.
Top print area 750ml bottles
When printing on the upper part of the 750ml bottle, the top print is considered additional printing colors. So, 2 colors above and 2 below means a total of 4 printing colors.
Full colour process print: CMYK
It could be, that part of the design has to be made up in CMYK and an additional spot colour. For example, text with a specific pantone colour. Therefore, please always send us the artwork to check the number of print colours required.
Silk screen prints
For each print colour we make an individual screen. We can print up to 12 colours. Our printing machine prints 6 colours in one production run.
Printing full colour
When printing a multiple colour design, where the colours meet a 0,5 mm tolerance in closure must be accepted. When printing full colour process CMYK, the end result is mat, pixelated and can deviate from the visual proof. Our raster size is 34 dpi.
Printing on coloured bottles
To print a pantone colour onto a coloured bottle, it’s necessary to print a white underlay first. No white underlay is required for grey tints, gold, silver and white. In some cases an outline is visible and has to be accepted. The white underlay is calculated as one extra print colour and one extra screen. If white is already part of the design, there is no extra white underlay required. If in doubt, please contact us for information.
Dark bottles
Dark bottles are unfortunately very sensitive to scratches and scuff marks. This must be accepted.
